Will of Thomas Willcocke, dated 7 August 1689

In the name of God Amen I Thomas Willcock of the Borrow of Liskard in the County of Cornewall Taylor being in health and perfect of sense and memory doo make and ordaine this to bee my last Will and Testament in manner and forme as followeth first I bequeath my soule to god that gave itt and my body to the earth to bee buried with Christian burial Item I give to the poore of the Towne five shillings to bee given to them att my burial by my executors to whome the shall thinke fitt. Item I give to Eliszabeth Borrow my daughter forty shillings to be paid twelve months after my decease. Item I give to Thomas Scobell my son in law one shilling all the rest of my goods and Chattels I give unto Thomas my soone and Jemima my daughter to be equally devided and doo make them my whole and sole exectors to pay my depts. and legeses in witness here of hand here unto put my hand and seale the seaventhth Day of August in the yeere of oure Lord god 1689.
