Will of Robert Pett, dated 21 June 1750

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Robert Pett of the Burrow of Liskeard in the County of Cornwall Mason being in perfect health sound mind and of Reasonable understanding AND talling to mind the uncertainty of this ?—satory Life do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament in order ?---ttle and disposse of those Wordly Goods which God hath Blessed me with all.
 
FIRST of all I Recommend my Spirit to God who Gave it and my body (to?) Christian burial according to the discretion of my Execrs. Hereinafter (men?)tioned. ALSO I Give unto my sister Elizabeth Bunney and Mary Lukas (on?)e Shilling each. ALSO I Give unto Elizabeth Pyne one shilling
 
ALSO I Give unto Phillip Roberts ten Pounds and the Little Bed over his -?- when in the house wherein I may live ALSO I Give unto Noah (Bu?)nney my sisters son the fee and Inheritance of the house wherein I -?- live TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the -?- fee and Inheritance of my sd. House wherein I now live unto this said Noah BUNNEY Immediately from and after my death to him his heires(?) and assignes -?ver with the Gardens all other appurtonances beloning to the said ------?
 
ALSO my will is that my Legacys Shall be paid within twelve months (aft?)er my Death I WILL the rest of my Goods Chattles Lands Tenements Hereditance? (--)nts Bills Bonds Rates Mortgages accounts and C-e—itts whatsoever
GIVE and Bequeath unto the above named Noah Bunney my Sisters ----? and unto my mother Jane Pett Equally to be divided Between thim to them? —ir heirs? and assignes for ever AND so hereby nominate Constitute (and?) appoint the sd. Noah Bunney and my said mother Jane Pett to be my (full?) and joint Executor and Executrix of this my Last will and Testament (for?) payment of this my debts & Legacys IN WITNESS whersof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty first day of June one Thousand seven and fifty. The Before written will of the above named Robert Pett deced was proved in Common form the 6th of July 1750. Before the Reved. mr William Waddon Clerk master of arts Official etc and admion of the Goods etc. Of the said deced and of all things howsoever Concerning the said Will was Granted to the Executor and Executrix therein named, (being first Sworn etc. Saving etc.

Sum Total of the Inveny. Exhibited £47=13s=6d
