Extracted from the Registry In the Name of God Amen I John Seccombe
of the Burro of Camelford in the County of Cornwall
being in perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this
my last Will and testament in manner and form following
( Viz ) that is to say first and principaly I Recomend
my soul into the hands of God that gave it and my body
to christian Burial Also I Give unto my sister Ann the
now wife of Thomas Willcock the sum of twenty Shillings
a year whilst a Wife and in case she shall happen to be
a Widow then forty Shillings a year to be paid by my
Executor afternamed Also I Give and dispose unto my now
Wife my house &c in Camelford with its furniture and her
fathers Legacy of forty Pounds All the rest residue and
remainder of my Lands Chattles goods Bills notes and
account whatsoever I Give devise and dispose unto my
only Brother Edward Seccombe whom I make whole and sole
Executor of this my last will and testament revoking all
other wills by me formerly made
