Know all men by these presents that I William Hunckin of the parish of Lanteglos by Fowy in the County of Cornwall Yeoman, doe stand firmly bound by this Obligation unto John Bramwell and Richard Couch Church Wardens, Peter Kekewich Gent. Peter Trubody, Richard Hancock, Richard Michell Overseers of the poore of the Said parish and Country aforesaid in the sum of fifty pounds of lawfull money of Great Brittain to bee paid to them or to any or either of them, or their Assigns to the 10th paymt well and truly to bee made. I doe bind mee, my Heires Excrs. Adms. Firmly by these presents. In witnesse where of I have hereonto sett my hand and Seale the twenty Second day of October in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred and eight. /1708./

according to an act of Parliamt.
in that Case provided in the presents of

The Condition of this Obligation is Such that if the above bounden William Hunckin his Heires Executors. Adms. or Assigns shall clearly free and discharge the above said parish of Lanteglos from all trouble, Cost and Charges which shall or may happen from a Child or Children which shall bee borne and delivered of the body of Brigett Solomon of the parish aforesaid for and during the term and time of fourteen years by age from and after the date abovesd that then this Obligation to bee voyd and of noe effect or else to stand and remaine in full force power Strength and Vertue.
