ON HER MAJESTIES HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE

BE IT KNOWN that JOHN EVELYN of Camelford in the County of Cornwall Auctioneer and Bank Agent died on the 2nd day of February 1900 at Camelford aforesaid and at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Camelford aforesaid within the District of the County of Cornwall AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament ( a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proven and Registered in the District Probate Registry of Her Majesties High Court of Justice at Bodmin and that Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to grace Pearse Evelyn Widow the Relict of the said deceased, the sole Executrix named in the said Will
And be it hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate within the United Kingdom (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to a trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £6871 16 5

I JOHN EVELYN of Camelford in the County of Cornwall Auctioneer and Bank Agent hereby revoke all former Wills and make this my last Will and Testament as follows. I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Grace Pearce all my real estate of every description whether in possession or reversion remainder or expectancy for her own absolute use benefit and I consolidate her sole Executrix of this my Last Will AS WITNESS my hand this 28th day of December 1899
