Benjamin Hawkey of Lanlivery, gent., a prisoner for debt in the Sheriff's ward at Bodmin; schedule of estate and effects not having been requested by his creditors: to remain in custody

Mark Marks of Lanlivery, yeoman; pleaded guilty to assault: fined 1d.
 
17 April 1776
Thomas Belling of Lanlivery, yeoman; pleaded guilty to assault: fined 6d.
 
7 October 1795
Thomas Smith, alias Samuel Smith, alias Samuel Davey, alias Samuel Kingdom, late of Lanlivery, labourer; convicted of taking one silk handkerchief, value 1d., one pair of cotton hose, value 1d.: hard labour for 6 months, and to be publicly whipped, in Bodmin, until his back is bloody, at the beginning and end of his imprisonment, and that he be conveyed to the Cornwall Regiment of Militia, from which he is a deserter.

Anne French, wife of William French of Lanlivery, labourer; convicted of taking 2 lbs. of hay and one sheaf of oaten straw, value 1d., the property of Edward Lark Best: confined to custody for one month.
 
10 January 1826
Elizabeth Barry of Lanlivery, spinster, indicted for stealing a bonnet, a cloak, two gowns, a pair of shoes and a petticoat, property of John Rundle. Pleaded guilty: six months in Launceston gaol.
 
17 October 1826
Henry Varcoe of Lanlivery indicted for assault confessed: fined 1s.
 
13 January 1829
John Pascoe of Lanlivery, lab., indicted for stealing 25lbs. of copper ore, property of Joseph Thomas Austen and others: acquitted.
 
4 January 1831
Henry Tonkin of Lanlivery, lab., indicted for stealing two geese, property of Richard Bakes: three months' hard labour in Bodmin gaol.
 
3rd January 1832
Peter Bond Stapleton of Lanlivery, lab. indicted for stealing a holland shirt, and another shirt from Francis Ford: acquitted.
 
2nd July 1833
Thomas Robinson of Lanlivery, lab., indicted for stealing a pair of shoes, property of William West. Pleaded guilty: six weeks' hard labour in Bodmin gaol.
 
Thomas Hill of Lanlivery, lab. indicted for stealing a pair of trousers, property of John Penrose: acquitted.
 
John Bailey, jun. of Lanlivery, lab. indicted for embezzling monies received by him on account of his master Joseph Burton, whilst employed by him: twelve months' hard labour in Bodmin gaol.

George Varcoe of Lanlivery, carpenter, indicted for stealing two pieces of deal timber, property of Joseph Thomas Austen and others: imprisoned until end of sessions.

20th October 1835
Thomas Cole of Lanlivery, lab. indicted for stealing various stockings, property of Henry Varcoe. Pleaded guilty: one day in Bodmin gaol.
 
5th January 1836
James Bate of Lanlivery, lab., indicted for stealing five goatskin mats and five goatskins, property of Walter Treleaven: one month's hard labour in Bodmin gaol.
