handkerchief, value 1d., one pair of cotton hose, value
1d.: hard labour for 6 months, and to be publicly
whipped, in Bodmin, until his back is bloody, at the
beginning and end of his imprisonment, and that he be
conveyed to the Cornwall Regiment of Militia, from which
he is a deserter.

embezzling monies received by him on account of his
