THIS INDENTURE made the 25th day of March 1891 BETWEEN ELIZABETH ANN TRUSCOTT of Nanstallon in the Parish of Lanivet in the County of Cornwall of the one part and EDWIN JOHN HAMBLY of Mulberry in the said Parish of Dairy Farmer of the other part WITNESSETH that in consideration of the sum of £100 as purchase money to the said Elizabeth Ann Truscott paid by the said Edwin John Hambly on or before the execution of these presents the receipt whereof the said Elizabeth Ann Truscott hereby acknowledges the said Elizabeth Ann Truscott as beneficial owner hereby conveys unto the said Edwin John Hambly ALL THOSE 3 messuages or dwelling houses with gardens piggery yard outbuildings and one close formerly 2 closes or plots of land and premises containing altogether about one acre situated at Nanstallon in the parish of Lanivet in the County of Cornwall bounded on the South East by the road leading to Withiel on the West by the road leading to Nanstallon on the North by the land of the trustees of William Flamank Phillipps Esquire and on the South y the Dwelling houses and gardens of Francis Ham and which said premises are now in the occupation of the said Elizabeth Ann Truscott and of Mary Arthur TO HOLD the same unto and to the use of the said Edwin John Hambly in fee simple IN WITNESS whereof the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written
