Know all men by These Presents That Wee John Willow and Richard Willow, both of the Parish of Landulph in the County of Cornwall yeomans are held and Firmly bound unto John Wymond and John Hodge yeomans The present Church wardens of the Said parish of Landulph and unto Benjamin Symons and George Skinnard The present overseers of the poor of the same parish and to there Sucessors for the Time being and to Every and Either of Them in the Penal Sume of Fifty pounds of good and Lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid unto Them the Said John Wymond and John Hodge and Benjamin Symons and George Skinnard the present Church Wardens and Overseers and to there Sucessors for the Time being or sum or one of them For which payment well and Truly to be make we bind our selves our heirs Executors Administrators and Each and Every of them for the whole Firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and Dated this Sixth Day of March in the year of our Lord one-thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Eight and in the Eight year of the Reign of our Sovereing Lord George The Third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and So forth.
 
Whereas Ann Tropllett of the parish of Landulph Single woman hath been lately delivered within the parish of Landulph of a formal Bastard Child which is Likely to be come Chargeable to the Said parish of Landulph. Now the Conditions of This obligaton is such that if the above bound John Willow and the said Richard Willow there heirs Executors Administrator or Same or one of them Do or Shall From time to time and at all Times hereafter Save and Keep harmless and Indemnify the aforesaid Church wardens and Overseers of the poor above named and the Church Wardens and overseers of the poor and other the Parishioners of the Said parish of Landulph for the Time being of and from all costs charges or Damages such Troble and Expense what soever which shall or may at any time here after arise happen come grow or be imposed upon them or Either or any of them. The Church wardens and overseers of the poor above named or the Church wardens and overseers of the poor and other the Parishioners of the Said Parish of Landulph for the Time being, for and concerning the said Bastard Child as aforesaid, That then above obligation to be voide otherwise to stand and Remain in Full Force and virtue.
