1890 March 19^th Tolveth Gulval

Extracted from the Principal Registry of Probate Divose and Advacate Division (Probate, Divorce and Admiralty Division??) of the High Court of Justice

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Richard Duneteof Thomas of Tolveth in the Parish of Gulval in the County of Cornwall Market Gardener.
I devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary Dawe all my recit and personal estate whatsoever and where so ever for her own absolute use and benefit. And I appoint her Sole executrix of this my will and hereby revoke all wills and testamentary desporitious by me at any time heretofore made.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 25^th Day of September 1884

Signed by the said Richard Dieueof Thomas his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in the presence of each other all being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
