Latin preamble
The condition of this oblion is such that if the above bounden
Cheston Vyant the mother and
Administratrix of all and singular the goodes Chattles and Credits of
John Viant
deced do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all
and singular the goods Chattels
and Credits of the said deced which have or shall come to the hands or
possession & knowledge
of her the sd Cheston Viant or into the hands and possession of
any other person or persons
for and the same so made doe exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the
Registry of the sd
Archdeaconry Court of Cornwall att or before the last day of July next
ensueing:
And the same goods chattels and Creditts and all other the goods
Chattles and Credits of the sd
deced att the time of his death which att any time after shall come to
the hands or possession
of the said Cheston Viant or into the hands or possession of any
other pson or
psons for her doe well and truly administer according to Law: And
further do make or
cause to be made a true and just accompt of Said Adion att or before the
last day of
March next ensuing: And all the rest and residue of the said goods
Chattles and Credits
which shall be found remaining upon the said Administratrix’s account
the same being first
examined and allowed of by the Judge or Judges for the time being of the
sd Courts
shall deliver and pay unto such pson or psons respectively as the sd
Judge or Judges
by his or their decree of sentence pursuant to the true intent and
meaning of an
Act of parliament Intituled an Act for the better settling of Intestates
Estates shall
limitt and appoint And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last will
and
Testament was made by the sd deced And his Executor or Executrix therein
named
doe exhibit the same into the said Court making: request to have it
allowed and
approved accordingly of the sd Cheston Viant above bounden being
thereunto required do render and deliver the said Letters of Adion
approbation of
such Testament being first had and made in the sd Court then this psent
obion to
be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue
