In the name of god Amen the first Day of August the yeare of oure Lorde
god / 1599 I Henrye Mychell of the
pishe of Goran in the countie of Cornwall Grome beinge whole of mynde &
of good and pfecte
Remembrance Laude and prayse be unto Almightie god Do make & ordayne
this my psent?
Testament conteninge herein my Laste Wyll in maner and forme folowinge
that is to saye Fyrste
I comende my soule unto Almightie god my make & Redeemer and my bodye to
be buryed in the church
or churchyarde of Goran aforesaid Itm I Do geve & bequeathe to
Wyllyam Mychell my Brother
XXs Itm I Do geve & bequeathe to Marye Watt wedowe iii li Item I
Do geve & bequeath to Henrye
Watt sonn of Hughe Watt Decessed my pann Itm I Do geve to
Marye Wylls the dafter of John
Wylls of Goran Xs Itm I Do geve to the Reshdewe of the children of
the sayed John Wylls
Xs Itm I Do geve to Richard fulpot one ewe & monies Xiid & the
Reshdewe of all mye
goods & cattels & detts After my Detts payed my funerall expences
pformed & thes my legases
fulfilled I wholye geve & bequeathe to the abovenamed Henrye Watt
& to Annys Watt Syster of
the sayed Henrye equallye to be Devided amongste then bothe And them I
Do ordayne & make my
whole executorrs And of the execution of the same I make & ordayne

of the sayed pishe & in the sayed countye husbandmen overseers And I
latterlye Revok & Anull
all & everye other former testaments wylls legases bequests executorrs
overseers by me in anye
