The Will & Inventy of the
Goods & so forth of one
Edward Mitchell lately
deced proved in Common
form before Mr Daniel
........... Clerk Surrogate
& So forth
And Admion of all &
Singular the Goods & so
forth of the Said deced
of all things Concerning his
Will howsoever was granted
to the Exector in this
Will named being first
in due forme of Law
Sworne/ Saving & Soe
forth.
In the name of god amen I Edward Michell gent of the parish
of gorran in the County of Cornwall being of perfect mind and
Memory and Calling to minde Mortallity and that itt is appointed
for all men once to dye doe make and ordaine this my last will
and testament in Manner and form following
Imprimus I give unto Edward Michell my son one shilling
Item I give unto James Michell my son one shilling
Item I give unto Mary Clemoe my daughter one shilling
Item I give unto John Michell my son one shilling
Item I give unto Rose Michell my daughter five pounds per
year free of all rents and taxes dureing her life outt of Robert
trefuses Esq part of Streets after my decese of lawfull Money
Item I give unto Frances Michell my daughter Sixty pounds lawfull
money
Item I give unto Nathaniel Michell my son one tenementt in St.
Ewe
Called by the name of Treworick to be his three months after my Decese
Item I give unto Jane Brokenshire my daughter one shilling
Item I give unto Robertt Michell my son five pounds per year outt
of Treworick fields in St. Ewe dureing his life
I give unto Agnes Michell my daughter Sixty pounds lawfull money
Item I give unto Thamson Michell my daughter Sixty pounds lawfull
money
Item all the Rest of my goods and Chattles as well moveable as
immoveable I give unto Rose my wife whom I doe
nominate Constitute and appoint my whole and sole Executx
of this my Last will and testament dureing her life and after her
decease I give Streits tenemett to Robertt Michell my son and all
the
Rest goods and Chattles I leave to the discretion of my Executx
In witness whereof I have hearunto sett my hand and Seal
this twenty eight day of October anno dni 1734

taken and appraised by Edmund Nothern and Jonas Henna
of the Said parish the Twenty Seventh day of January 1734/5
