by virtue of a Commission
And Admion of all &
singular the Goods etc of the
said deceased & any way
concerning the said Will
was and is granted to Agness
Henna the Niece of the
said deceased & sole
Executrix named in the
said Will
Being first sworn etc
Savin etc

In the name of God Amen I Agnes Michell
of the Parish of Gorran in the County of Cornwall
Spinster, being through the abundant Mercy and goodness
of God, though weak in Body, yet of sound memory
and understanding, thanks be to God for it – do hereby
make this my last Will and Testament, in manner
and form following
Imprimus I resign my Soule into the hands of Almighty
God my maker, beseeching his most gracious acceptance
of it and my Body to the Earth from whence it was taken
in full assurance of its resurrection from thence at the
last day, as for my Burial I desire it may be decent at
at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named.
I give unto my Niece Joan Guy Five Guineas
I give unto my Nephew Edward Michell Three Guineas
Lastly I give all the Remainder and residue of my
Effects both personal and real, or of what description it
may be, whether ready money, Bonds, Bills or Furniture
unto my Niece Agnes Henna, whom I make Executrix
of this my last Will and Testament, by paying and performing
this my last Will, disannulling and revoking all former
Wills by me made, In Witness whereof I have hereunto
sett my Hand and Seal this twentyeighth day of August 1803
