In the name of god amen on the xxxth day of August Anno Dni 1602
in the
………….. yeere raigne of our Soveraigne Ladie Elizabeth by the grace of

England France and Irelande Queen defender of the faithe I William
Vyan of the parish of St Ewa in the Countie of Cornwall

and perfect of remembrance thanks be unto god make and ordaine this my
testament
containing this my last will and revoking all former wills gifts
legacies and bequeathes
whatsoever made given granted or bequeathed by writing to any person or
persons
whatsoever in manner and forme following first I bequeath my soule to
almighty god
my maker and redeemer in whom and by whom I hope to be saved and my
bodie to be
buryed on the parish church of St Ewa aforesd. Itm I give and bequeath
