And Admion of all and
Singular the Goods & so forth
of the Said Deced & of all
things howsoever Concerning
the Said Will was Granted
to the Executor herein
named /being first in duo
Issue of Law Sworn/Saving
& so forth

No Inventry
 
In the name of God Amen I Ann Broad of the parish of St. Ewe
in the County of Cornwall Widow being of Sound and disposing mind
do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following
that is to say first I will that my funeral Charges and Debts shall be paid
Also I give and Bequeath unto my niece Jane Hennah the wife
of Thomas Hennah of the Borough of Tregony the Sum of Fifty pounds
of lawful money to be paid to her by my Executor herein after named,
to her own private use notwithstanding her Husband
Also I give and bequeath unto my nephew William Broad Ten pounds
Also I give unto my Cousin Elizabeth Walkey the Widow of John
Walkey
of the parish of St. Michael Penkivel the Sum of Ten pounds.
Also I give and Bequeath unto Elizabeth Vercoe of the Parish of
St. Ewe Spinster the Sum of Five pounds
All my Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and Bequeath to my Cousin
Charles Andrew of the parish of St. Erm to hold to the said Charles Andrew
his Heirs and Assigns for ever
All the rest residue & remainder of my Goods Chattles Estate
and Effects whatsoever I give and Bequeath to the said Charles Andrew
whom I hereby Constitute & Appoint sole Executor of this my last
Will & Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In Witness whereof I the said Ann Broad the Testatrix have to
this my last Will & Testament set my hand & Seal this Twenty fifth
day of May One Thousand Seven Hundred & Ninety four
