form before the Revd
Mr James Walker (the
Bachelor) of Laws
Official
And Admion of the
Goods etc of the
said Deced and of all
Things howsoever
Concerning the said
Will was Granted
to the Executor
therein Named being
first Sworn
& Saving

In the Name of God I John Andrew of the Parish of St
Enoder in the County of Cornwall Being of a sound memory do make
this my last Will and Testament in manner following
I give my soul into the hands of Almighty God Trusting through
the Merits of my dear Redeemer to obtain Everlasting life
I desire all my Debts shall be fully paid
I Give unto my wife Margret the yearly Sum of Six pound a year
to be paid quarterly out of all my Estates During her Naturall Life
I Give likewise unto my wife Margret the Houss and Housshold Goods
we live in During her Naturall Life I give likewise unto my wife
Margret one Milks Cow and the Mare to be kept by my Executor for
her use during her Naturall Life I likewise Give her the Boer
I Give unto my Daughter Issabel the wife of Richard Hooper the sum of five pound
I Give unto my Daughter Mary the Sum of Forty five
pound one half two be payd one month after my Deceace the other
half at the end of Twelve months after I likewise Give unto my
Daughter Mary the Liberty of Living in Quarey? Houfs while she Live
unmareyed I Likewise Give unto my Daughter Mary the Beed
furnished she Ly on And After the Death of my wife I Give her the rest of the household Goods
I Give unto my Granson Andrew the son of Richard Hooper one Beed
furnished after the Deceace of my wife Margret
I Give unto my son Walter all my Estate of Lands I Possess to him
and Heirs forever All the rest of my Goods and Chattles I likewise Give and
Bequeath unto my son Walter Who I make my whoale and soale
Execater of this my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof
I have hereunto this fifth day of December put my hand and seal 1773
