The Will of one
Thomas Andrew lately
Deced, Proved in Common
form before the Revnd Mr
John Fisher Clerk Bachelor
of Arts, Surrogate etc
And Admion of
the Goods etc of the said Deced
& of all things howsoever
Concerning the said Will was
Granted to John Andrew the
son of the said Deced & one of
the Executors named in the sd
Will / A power being Reserved
of Granting the like Admion
to Margaret Andrew the
widow of the said Deced and
other Executor in the said
Will, also named, whenever
she shod think fit to take
the same upon herself
/being first Sworn etc/
/Saving etc/

In the name of God, Amen. I Thomas Andrew of the Parish of St
Enoder
, in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, being at this time in
a weak state of bodily health, but of a sound and disposing Mind,
Memory and Understanding, do make and ordain this my last Will and
Testament in Manner and Form following
First I resign my Soul into the hands of Almighty God
who gave it and my Body to the Earth to be decently
interred at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter
named
Also I will that my just Debts and Funeral Charges
be fully satisfied and paid
Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary
Andrew
the Sum of fifty Pounds, to be paid at
the end of twelve Months after my decease
Lastly All the Residue and Remainder of my real and
personal Estates, Goods, Chattles and Credits whatso=
ever, except before excepted, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my dearly beloved Wife Margaret
Andrew
and my Son John, share and share alike
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this third Day of November in the year of our
Lord, one thousand seven hundred and seventy seven.

Signed, sealed published and declared by the
above names Thos Andrew, as his last Will and Testament
in presence of us, as Witnesses to the same
