I Walter Andrew of the parish of St Enoder
in the County of Cornwall been a Sound miand
do make this my last Will and Testament as
follows Imprimis Give to my daughter Elizabeth
Andrew the Sum one 100 pounds of lawful money of
of Great Britain I give to my daughter Jane andrew
the sum of one 100 pounds of like lawful money
of Great Britain I gave to my daughter Phillippa ann
andrew the Sum of 100 Pounds of like lawful of
Great Britain I gave to my Wile Elizabeth
.tanpane? and a house in Summauart in the
parish of St Enedor in the Countay of Cornwall
and furneter to furnist it? Rollmer? But the last
bed to Stay in Alasl?
I make my son Walter Andrew my hoaly and Soley
executor Set my hand and Seal the Eight day
of June in the year of our Lord 1838

Walter Andrew late of the parish
of Saint Enoder
 
Appeared personally Zaccheus Andrew Bice
of the parish of Saint Enoder in the County
of Cornwall Farmer and made oath
that he is one of the Subscribed witnesses
to the last Will and Testament of Walter
Andrew late of the said parish of Saint
Enoder Yeoman now hereunto annexed
beginning thus “In the name of God
Amen I Walter Andrew of the
parish of St Enoder in the County of
Cornwall” ending thus “Set my hand
and seal this eight day of June in the
year of our Lord 1838” and thus subscribed
“Walter Andrew” And that this Deponent
and John Benny the other
subscribed witnefs to the same will were
present at the same time when the said
deceased on the eighth day of June
one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight
wrote and subscribed his name to the said
Will And this Deponent and the said
John Benny wrote and subscribed
their names thereto in the presence of the said
Testator and of each other as witnesses thereof
 
On the first day of September
one thousand and eight hundred and
forty the said Zaccheus Andrew Bice
was duly sworn to the truth of this
affidavit
