The Will of Anthony Emmett, dated 21 April 1746

This I make as my last Will and Testament and I Give And Bequeath to my loveing Friend Margery Lang in the Parish of Endellion in the County of Cornwall my whole and Intire Effects to The said Margery Lang and likewise all which I have or may Have due for his Majestyes Service Excepting Two Guineas which I Give and Bequeath to my Cousin Richee Emmett this I make as My Last Will & Testament and in Consequence of which I require my Brother Abraham Brown to pay the money which is due to me Anthony Emmett to my Friend Margery Lang aforesaid, This Witness My hand and Seal the 21st Day of April 1746 and in the Eighteenth Year of his present Majesty King George the Seconds Reigne

this 11th Day of September 1746

The above Written Will was proved in Common form Before the Revd Mr
William Waddon Clerk Master of Arts Official on the 25th Day of August
1746 and Admion. (with the said will annexd. (there being no Executor named
therein) of the Goods etc of the said Deed was Granted to Margery Lang the
principal Legatee in the said Will named being first Sworn in due form of
Law Saveing nevertheless the Right of every other person.
