THIS INDENTURE made the 25th day of December in the year of Our lord 1837 BETWEEN SAMUEL TREVATHAN of Leigh Street Burton Crescent in the County of Middlesex Upholsterer and WILLIAM COCK of Rock in the Parish of Saint Minver in the County of Cornwall Master Mariner of the first part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of 5/- to each of them the said Samuel Trevathan and William Cock in hand paid by the said William Gray at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Samuel Trevathan and Executors Administrators and Assigns Have and each of them Hath bargained and sold and by these presents DO and each of them DOTH bargain and sell unto the said William Gray his ALL THAT Dwelling House and Garden commonly called or known as BULLERS HOUSE situate lying and being in the village of Trewethick in the Parish of Endellion in the said County of Cornwall AND ALSO all that one Little Meadow adjoining to the said Dwelling House and garden containing by estimation about 1 acre of Land (little more or less) AND ALSO all that piece or plot of ground known by the name of LITTLE PENNY PIECE containing by estimation about 20 yards of Land (be the same more or less) and adjoining to Mr Grays Prebend within the said Parish of Endellion All which said premises were formerly in the possession of Thomas Buller but now of William Buller for the remainder of the Term of 99 years determinable in manner hereinafter mentioned Together with all outhouses erections buildings hedges ways paths passages easements profits advantages and appurtenances to the same premises or any part thereof belonging or appertaining and the reversion or reversions remainder or remainders yearly and other rents issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Dwelling House garden and meadows and all and singular other the hereditaments and premises intended to be hereby bargained and sold with the appurtenances unto the said William Gray his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and in and to the full end and term of 1 whole year from thence ensuing and fully to be complete and ended YEILDING AND PAYING therefore unto the said Samuel Trevathan and William Gray their heirs and assigns the rent of 1 pepper corn on the last day of the said term if the same shall be lawfully demanded TO THE INTENT and purpose that by virtue of these presents and by force of the statute fro transferring uses into possession He the said William Gray may be in the actual possession of the said Dwelling House Garden Hereditaments and premises and may thereby be enabled to accept and take a grant and release of the same and of the reversion and inheritance thereof to him the said William Gray his Heirs and Assigns forever to such uses upon and for such trusts ends intents and purposes as by the Indenture already prepared and intended to bear date the day next after the day of the date of these presents and to be made between the said Samuel Trevathan of the first part the said William Cock of the second part the said William Gray of the third part and William Browne Yeoman of the fourth part hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written
