The Will of Thomas Trewhela dated 22 March 1824
15th. June 1824
Will of Thomas Trewhela Yeo deced proved in Common Form before Cornelius
Cardew Clk DD? Official etc And Admion of all & singular the Goods etc
of the said deced and any way concerning his said Will was granted to
Ann Harvey (wife of William Harvey) and William Edmunds the Executors
named in the said Will

The last Will and Testament of Thomas Trewhela now
residing in the parish of Crowan in Cornwall, farmer, who being of sound
mind, memory and understanding do bequeath all my wordly goods as
follows-
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Harvey the
dwelling house on the moor now occupied by Thomas Trewhela the younger
during the lives.
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Williams
the dwelling house occupied by Christ Harvey during the
lives and also the sum of five pounds six months after my death.
I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Trewhela the
house he now lives in during the lives. I also give him one annuity or
rent charge of five pounds to be paid to him quarterly during his life
out of my tenements in Pellow, if my estate and interest shall so long
continue in either of the said tenements.
I give and bequeath unto William Edmonds the house in
Pellow Townplace during the lives.
I give and bequeath unto Esther Pascoe my daughter the
sum of five pounds to be paid six months after my death.
I also give and bequeath unto each of my grandchildren, the children of
my sons John and Benjamin,
five pounds to be paid six months after my death.
All the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattles credits and
effects of which I shall be possessed and of which nature so ever the
same may be after payment of my just debts and legacies I give and
bequeath unto my daughter Ann Harvey and William Edmunds their Executors
Administrators and Assigns and I do hereby nominate constitute and
appoint the said Ann Harvey and William Edmunds, Executors of this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and do declare
this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of March in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four.
