Will of John Harres, dated 15 October 1785

This is the Last Will and Testament of John Harres of the Parrish of Creed and County of Cornwall, made and ordained this fifteenth day of October 1785.
Sayeth, I Constitute, ordain and appoint my Brother William Harres to be my whole and Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament all and Singular my Goods Chattels and Effects of all kinds whatsoever by him freely to be possessed and Enjoyed, except what is hereafter excepted, I give and ordain, to be paid by my Executor after my decease to Thomas Trudgan Son of my late Sister Grace, a halph Guinea to Thos Devonshire son of my late Sister Margret, likewise I give my Watch to Thos Harres, Son of my late brother Thomas and to Mary Harres the sister of Thomas, one Guinea, and to Susanna Harres the other sister of Thomas, one Guinea, all the above to become due as they arrives to the age of twenty one years and to my sister Susanna Taylor, twenty shillings, to be paid at the end of one year if demanded and to my sister Mary Joas one shilling to be paid on demand, and to her son Thos Hancock two Guineas when he comes to the age of twenty one year.
