Know all men by these presents that We JOHN WRIGHT Junr.
and JOHN ROSE Gentlemen both of the Borough of Truro in
the County of Cornwall are held and firmly bound unto
JOHN LAVIN and HENRY PARNELL, Churchwardens and RICHARD
JULIAN and ROBERT CALFE Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Clements in the said County (in trust
for the Parishioners of the said parish) in Forty Pounds
of good and lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to
the said JOHN LAVIN and HENRY PARNELL Church Wardens and
RICHARD JULIAN and ROBERT CALFE Overseers or to their
certain attorney their Executors, Administrators or
Assigns To which payment well and truly to be made we
bind ourselves and each of us jointly and severally and
our and each and every of our Heirs, Executors and
Administrators firmly by these presents Sealed with our
Seals and dated the Second day of March in the Year of
our Lord Seventeen Hundred and Ninety One.
