Know all men by these presents that we JOHN MITCHELL the
younger of the parish of Cambourn in the County of
Cornwall Gentleman JAMES PAUL of the Town of Redruth in
the said County, Gentleman And RICHARD MITCHELL of the
Burrough of Truroe And County aforesaid Gentleman And
each of us jointly and severally for our selves our
heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns firmly bound
unto THOMAS SHEAR, WILLIAM DINGEY and JOHN VERCOE
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
St. Clements in the said County of Cornwall And their
successors in the sum of Fifty Pounds of Lawful money of
Great Britain to be paid to the said Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Clements
and their successors, To which payment we each of us
jointly & severally Bind ourselves our heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns firmly by these presents -
Sealed with our Seals this Twenty first Day of July in
the twenty sixth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second By the Grace of God of Great Britain
France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth
And in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and fifty two.
