Know all Men by these presents That We STEPHEN MAYNARD
and JOHN MAYNARD both of the Parish of St. Stephens in
Bramwell in the County of Cornwall Tinners and HENRY
MAYNARD of the parish of St. Mewans in the said County
Tinner are held and firmly bound to ALEXANDER ALLEN and
JOHN LAVVEN the younger Churchwardens and WILLIAM PERROW
JOHN MICHELL and HENRY TREVOLLA Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of St. Clements in the said County of
Cornwall (in trust for the Parishioners of the said
Parish) in Forty Pounds of good and lawful money of
Great Britain to be paid to the said ALEXANDER ALLEN
JOHN LAVVEN the Younger WILLIAM PERROW JOHN MICHELL and
HENRY TREWOLLA or their certain Attorney Executors
Administrators or Assigns To which payment well and
truly to be made we bind ourselves and each of us our
and each and every of our Heirs Executors and
Administrators firmly by these presents Sealed with our
Seals Dated this Eleventh day of June in the thirty
fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in
the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and
Ninety five
