The voluntary examination of SARAH HOOPER of the parish of Saint Cleer
in the County of Cornwall Single woman taken upon Oath before me WILLIAM
JOPE Esquire one of His Majesty’s Justices of the peace in and for the
said County this first day of February 1833 who saith that she is now
with child and that such Child is likely to be born a bastard and to be
chargeable to the said Parish and that MARTIN CHRISTOPHER of the same
Parish of Saint Cleer Blacksmith hath gotten her with Child of the said
Child.
