Deanery of St. Buryan
The last Will and Testament of William Eddy Williams late of the Parish of Saint Buryan yeoman deceased proved in Common form on the 2nd. day of January 1839 before the Reverend Charles Jenkyns Clerk Surrogate
And Administration to the Goods of the said Deceased and of all things concerning his said Will was granted to Ann Williams his Widow and sole Legatee named in the said Will

In the name of God amen, I William Eddy Williams, of Tregurno in the Parish of St. Buryan Yeoman, calling to mind the mortality of my Body, but of sound and disposing mind Thanks be unto God for it, do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament and first of all I recommend my Soul in to the hand of Allmighty God who gave it, and my Body I recommend to the earth to be Buried in decent Christian burial, and as touching Such Worldly Estate, wherewith it hath pleased God to Bless me, I Give devise and dispose of the same in the Following manner – I give unto Ann my wife the house Situate in mousehole with all the live and dead stock. And everything personal or real that I possess. I allso enjoin it upon her to fulfil all contracts and to discharge all debts that belong to me.
 
Pronouncing this and no-other to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal this Seventeenth day of October in Eighteen Hundred and thirtyfive of the year of our lord.
