The last Will and Testament of Thomas Wallish late of the Parish of St. Buryan Blacksmith deceased proved in Common form before the Reverend George Pigott Surrogate
And administration to the goods of the said Deceased and of all things whatsoever concerning his said Will was granted to his Daughter Jane Oats the Executrix therein named

In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Wallis of the Parish of St. Buryan Senir Black Smith Being in My Perfect Recollection doth make my Last Will and Testament I give

First to Thomas Wallis My Son 4 0 0 Pounds in Cash
2nd. to Robert Wallis My Son 15 0 0 Pounds in Cash
3rd. to John Wallis My Son 4 0 0 Pounds in Cash
4th. to Bruges Wallish my daughter 20 0 0 Pounds in Cash
5th. to Thomas Boas Juner Son of my Daughter Elizth. Wallis my Bed & Bed Close and Chest and Thirty Pounds in Cash 30 0 0 Pounds in Cash
6th. To Mary Nichloas My daughter 20 0 0 Pounds in Cash
7th. And last to My daughter Jane Oats My Excetters the Remainder of all of My Visible Property
with Paying of my Legest Twelve months after my Decese
