The last Will and Testament of Margaret Wallis formally of the Parish of
St. Burian and late of the Parish of Sennen Spinster deceased proved in
Common form before the Revd. Charles Jenkyns Clerk Surrogate and
Administration of the Goods etc. of the Deceased and of all things
concerning her said Will was granted to Elizabeth Wife of Thomas
Trudgeon of the said Parish of Sennen.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Margaret Wallis Spinster of
the Parish of St. Buryan and County of Cornwall.
I Give devise and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Trudgeon and my
Nephew Thomas Trudgeon the whole of my household goods and furniture to
be equally divided between them.
Also I Give devise and bequeath unto my said Sister Elizabeth Trudgeon
and my Niece Elizabeth Trudgeon all my Wearing apparel and clothes to be
equally divided between them as they shall esteem equitable.
All the rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattles personal and
Testamentary Whatsoever and Wheresoever or of what nature or kind soever
not herein before by me given devised or bequeathed I do hereby Give
devise and bequeath unto my said Sister Elizabeth Trudgeon and her
Children, Thomas Trudgeon Elizabeth Trudgeon and Nicholas Trudgeon Whom
I make nominate and appoint Whole and Sole Executrixes and Executors of
this my Last Will and Testament. And if either of my said Nephews or
Niece should die and leave a Child or Children born under Wedlock I
hereby Give Devise and bequeath that such Child or Children so born the
whole of the said Father’s or the said Mother’s part so dieing unto the
said Child or Children when He She or they shall attain the full age of
Twenty one years. I should prefer that the said money which should
become due to such Child or Children should be put to Interest during
the minority of such Child or Children. And I hereby Revoke all former
and other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare
this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I
the said Margaret Wallis the Testatrix have hereunto Set my name and
affixed my Seal this the fifth day of May in the year of Our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and thirty four.

presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of
each other have Subscribed our names as Witness hereto.
