The last Will and Testament of John Treweek late of the Parish of St.
Burian deced proved in common form before the Revd. Uriah Tonkin
surrogate.
And Admon of the goods &c of the said deceased and all &c granted to
Joan Treweek widow of the deced & Executrix named in the Will.

In the name of God amen. I John Treweek Farmer of the Parish of St.
Buryan in the County of Cornwall being in perfect health, and sound
mind, memory, and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this
transitory life do make publish and declare this my last Will and
Testament.
First – My Will is that all my Just Debts Funeral and Testamentary
expences be paid by Executrix.
I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Joan Treweek all and singular my
personal estate and Effects Whatsoever and wheresoever, and of what
nature and kind soever, to and for her own absolute use and benefit, and
I do hereby nominate constitute, and appoint my said dear Wife Joan
Treweek executrix of this my last Will. And I do hereby revoke all
former and other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made. And do
declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I the said John Treweek the Testator have hereunto
set my hand and Seal this the eleventh day of January in the year of Our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty eight
