14th. April 1838.
The last Will and Testament of William Tregear late of the Parish of Saint Buryan Yeoman deceased proved in Common form Before the Reverend James Cory Kemp Surrogate
And Administration to the Goods of the said Deceased and of all things whatsoever concerning his said Will was granted to William Tregear son of the said deceased and sole Executor names in his said Will

In the name of God Amen. This is the last Will and Testament of me William Tregear of the Parish of Saint Buryan in the County of Cornwall, Farmer.
 
First. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Grace Taylor the Principal Sum of Ten Pounds of lawful Money current in Great Britain the same to be paid to her by my Executor herein after named at the end of three months after the time of my Decease.
 
Also. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Honor Tregear the Principal Sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful Money as aforesaid the same to be paid to her by my said Executor at the end of three months after the time of my Decease. Also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Honor Tregear during the time that she shall continue single and unmarried the use and privilege of the Kitchen Chimney with ingress thereto and ingress therefrom and Fuel to dress her meat thereat, in the House wherein I last lived situate in Bosworlas in the Parish of Saint Just in Penwith. Also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Honor Tregear the Bed, Bedstead, and Furniture thereof on which she now sleeps at Trevore in the said Parish of Saint Buryan.
 
Also. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Alice John the Principal Sum of Ten Pounds of lawful Money as aforesaid the same to be paid to her by my said Executor at the end of three Months after the time of my Decease.
 
Also. I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter Honor Tregear the Daughter of my Son James Tregear the Principal Sum of Five Pounds of lawful Money as aforesaid the same to be paid to her by my said Executor on her attaining to the Age of Fourteen years.
 
Lastly. All the rest. Residue and remainder of my Messuages, Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments. Goods, Chattels, Monies, and Securities for Money, and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever, whereof I may be possessed or entitled unto at the time of my Death, I give devise and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my Son William Tregear his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son William Tregear the whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament: and I do utterly revoke and disannul all former Wills made by me. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty-first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven.
