The last Will & Testament of George Searle late of the parish of St. Buryan Miller deceased Proved in Common form before the Reverend Uriah Tonkin Surrogate
And Admon of the Goods &c of the said deceased and of all etc. granted to Grace Searle Widow of the deceased & Executrix named in his said Will –

This is the last Will and Testament of me George Searle Miller of the Parish of Buryan of the County of Cornwall First I make and ordain my wife Grace Searle executor of this my last will and testament and it is my meaning that the freehold house that I have situated in the town of Newlin in the Parish of Paul on the county aforesaid be sold and the money equally divided between my wife and five children that is Sally, Prudence, Grace, Mary and John, share and share alike I hereby ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last will and testament, in witness whereof I set my hand and seal this 15th. Day of December 1830
