The last Will & Testament of Mary Millman otherwise Williams late of St Burian Spinster deceased, proved in common form before the Revd. Uriah Tonkin Surrogate. And Adion to the Goods etc of the said deceased & of all things whatsoever concerning her said Will was granted to Abel Williams, the Brother of the said deceased, & sole Executor named in her Will

I Mary Millman otherwise Williams of the Parish of St Buryan in the County of Cornwall spinster being (thanks be to God) of sound and disposing Mind and Memory Do make this my last Will and Testament (Revoking all others) First I Recommend and Resign my Soul to its Creator in full and lively Hopes (through the Merits and Mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ) to receive remission of all my Sins and my body to the Earth to be Decently Interred at the discretion of my beloved Brother Abel Williams Whom I appoint Whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I the said Mary Millman otherwise Williams the Testatrix have set my name and affixed my Seal this the fifteenth day of February One thousand eight hundred and twenty three.
