Deanery of St. Buryan.
The last Will and Testament of John Mann late of the Parish of Saint
Buryan Farmer deceased proved in Common form the 25 October 1847 before
the Reverend William Mountford Stacy Surrogate and administration of the
Goods of the said Deceased and of all things whatsoever concerning his
said Will was granted to Richard Mann and William Mann two of the Sons
of the Deceased and Executors named in the said Will.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Mann, of Tregadgwith
within the parish of St. Buryan and County of Cornwall, Farmer.
First I give and bequeath unto each of my Daughters the sum of one
shilling each, to be paid to them by my Executors hereinafter named.
Also I give unto my beloved Wife Jane Mann, the sum of one shilling per
Month so long as she lives, to be paid by my Executors and also the Bed
and Bedding which is in the Kitchen Chamber so long as she survive, and
after her decease then it shall fall to my son Charles Mann, and to his.
Also I give and Bequeath unto my son John Mann, the sum of Fifteen
pounds to be paid by my Executors in three Installments, the first
Installment to be paid on the Twentyfourth day of June next, after my
decease, and the second on the Twentyninth day of September, and the
third on the Twentyfifth day of December, after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my sons James and Charles Mann, the sum of
one shilling each to be paid by my Executors and furthermore I give unto
my son Charles Mann, the sum of Five pounds to be paid by my Executors
at the Expiration of his Apprenticeship and also to be maintained by my
Executors during his Apprenticeship.
Lastly All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods and Chattles
Farming Stock and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever
(subject to the payment of my just Debts and the above named Legacies
and Funeral Expences) I give and bequeath unto my two sons Richard and
William Mann, whom I do Constitute name and appoint to be Joint
Executors of this my last will and Testament, Hereby revoking all former
wills, In Witness Whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament, set
my hand and seal this Thirteenth day March in the Year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and foryseven.
