The last Will and Testament of William Hutchens of the Parish of Saint
Buryan within the said Deanery Yeoman Deceased, proved in Common form
Before the Reverend Charles Jenkyns Clerk Surrogate.
And Administration to the Goods of the said Deceased and of all the
things whatsoever concerning his said Will was granted to John Hutchens
Son of the said Deceased and the Executor in the said will named
Saving &c
Sworn under £20.0.0
This is the last Will and Testament of me William Hutchens of the parish
of Buryan, in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman.

First I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Matthews of Paul, Widow, One
Shilling.
Also I give unto my Grandchildren, William Hichens Matthews, Joseph
Matthews, Esther Matthews, Lucy Anne Davies, John Edmonds, Ann Ninnis,
Elizabeth Trenoweth the like Sum of One Shilling each.
Also I give Devise and bequeath unto my only Son John Hutchens, All my
money, Secutiries for money, goods chattles Estate and effects of what
nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of
my death.
Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Sole
Executor and Residuary Legatee of this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking and making void all and every other Will and Wills at any time
by me heretofore made, and do declare this to be my last Will and
Testament. In witness whereof I the said William Hutchens have hereunto
set my hand and Seal this Twentieth Day of August 1834.
