Deanery of St. Buryan
The Last Will and Testament of George Bospidneck the Younger late of the
Parish of St. Buryan Yeoman deceased proved in Common form the Eighth
Day of August one Thousand Eight hundred and fifty before the Revd.
George Henry Farr Clerk Surrogate and Administration of the Goods of the
said Deceased and of all things whatsoever concerning his said Will was
granted to John Wallish of the said Parish of St Buryan Yeoman the sole
Executor named in the said Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me George Bospidneck the younger
of the Parish of Saint Buryan in the County of Cornwall Yeoman
I Give and bequeath unto my dear Sister Amelia Bospidneck one annuity
clear Yearly rent charge or Sum of Ten Pounds to be paid to her in
quarterly payments on the four most usual quarterly days of payment of
Rent in the Year, that is to say, Lady Day Midsummer Day Michaelmas Day
and Christmas Day the first quarterly payment thereof to be being and be
made on such of the said quarterly days of payments as shall first and
next happen after my death To hold the same Annuity clear Yearly Rent
charge or Sum of Ten Pounds payable as aforesaid to the said Amelia
Bospidneck and her Assigns from and immediately after my death
thenceforth for and during the term of her Natural life or as long
thereof as she shall remain single and unmarried and in case of the
Marriage of the said Amelia Bospidneck then I give and bequeath unto her
my said Sister in the room or that of the said Annuity of Ten Pounds the
payment of which will then cease one other Annuity clear Yearly rent
charge or Sum of Five Pounds to be thenceforth payable to her my said
Sister and her Assigns in like manner and at the same times as the said
Annuity of Ten Pounds would have been payable to her but for such
Marriage the first quarterly payment of the said Annuity clear yearly
rent charge or Sum of Five Pounds to be payable on such of the said most
usual quarterly days of payment as shall first happen after such
Marriage as aforesaid and I hereby subject make liable and charge any
Freehold Estate Hereditaments and Premises in Trevorgans in the said
Parish of Saint Buryan hereinafter devised to and with the payment of
the said Annuity of Ten Pounds or Five Pounds as may be and the
quarterly payments thereof respectively as aforesaid as long as the same
shall severally become payable as aforesaid with power of Distress and
Entry to my said Sister in and upon my said Estate of Trevorgans from
time to time for recovery of the same Annuity of Ten Pounds or Five
Pounds as may be as aforesaid in case the same respectively or any or
either of the Quarterly payments thereof as aforesaid shall be in arrear
and unpaid for the space of twenty days next after the same shall become
one together with the costs and charges attending such Distress and
Distresses.
I Give and devise unto John Wallish the Elder of Crelow in the said
Parish of Saint Buryan Yeoman All that and those my said Freehold Estate
Hereditaments and Premises situate in Trevorganer in the said Parish of
Saint Buryan now in the Occupation of Mathias Wallish Son of the said
John Wallish as Tenants thereof his Undertenant or Undertenants To hold
the same Estate Hereditaments and Premises subject and charged as
aforesaid to the said John Wallish his Heirs and Assigns for

Ever I also give and bequeath unto the said John Wallish All those my
two Leasehold Dwelling Houses and Premises situate in the Curch Town of
the said Parish of Saint Buryan late in the occupation of John Carkeek
and James Hosking Also all that my Leasehold Tenement in or called
Kerrow situate in the Parish of Saint Just in Penwith in the said County
of Cornwall To hold the same several Leasehold Dwelling Houses Tenements
and Premises in Buryan Church Town and Kerrow aforesaid unto the said
John Wallish his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during all
the residue and residues of my several terms Estate and Interest therein
respectively to come and expire at the time of my death.
Lastly all the rest residue and remainder of my Lands Tenements Goods
Chattels Rights Credits personal and testamentary Estate and effects
whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore disposed of and of which I
shall die possessed or entitled unto I hereby give devise and bequeath
unto the said John Wallish To hold to him the said John Wallish his
Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the natures and
qualities thereof respectively from and immediately after my death
thenceforth as his and their own Lands Tenements Goods Chattels Rights
Credits and Effects during the several Estate Terms and Interest that I
shall then have therein respectively And Hereby make nominate Constitute
and appoint the said John Wallish whole and sole Executor and Residuary
legatee of this my last Will and Testament he paying all my just Debts
my Funeral Expences and the charges of proving this my Will In Witness
whereof hereto this my last Will and Testament written on two Sheets of
Paper to each Sheet thereof I have set my hand this fifteenth Day of
April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty -

Deanery Court of Saint Buryan
Francis Paynter of the Town of Penzance in the County of Cornwall
Gentleman maketh oath and saith that he read and engrossed the last Will
and Testament of George Bospednick the younger late of the Parish of
Saint Buryan in the County of Cornwall yeoman deceased on the fifteenth
day of April now last past and the words “with power of Distress and
entry to my” written on an eraser on the twelfth line from the bottom of
the first page of the said Will were so written by him this deponent
before the said will was executed by the said Testator
Or the names of the subscribing witnesses namely “Jas _Kevern and Wm. H.
M. James of Penzance were written thereon.
