Know all men by these presents, That we THOMAS MILLER
the elder, of the Borough of Falmouth in the County of
Cornwall, Laborer and THOMAS MILLER the younger of
Simmonward, otherwise Saint Brewer in the County
aforesaid Farmer are held and firmly bound to FRANCIS
GEACH, JOHN RENFREE, RUBEN WELCH, and JAMES THOMAS
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
Budock in the County aforesaid in the sum of Seventy two
pounds and Sixteen shillings of Lawful Money of England
to be paid to the said FRANCIS GEACH, JOHN RENFREE,
RUBEN WELCH and JAMES THOMAS or their successors
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish for the time being or their certain Attorney or
Assigns To which payment by us or either of us well and
truly to be made We bind ourselves our Heirs Executors
and Administrators and every of them firmly by these
presents Sealed with our Seals, and dated the twenty
sixth day of November in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
