To the Minister Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor and other the principal Inhabitants of the parish of St Breock in the County of Cornwall |
Whereas Thomas Withyell an Inhabitant now in our parish of St Mary Magdalen within the said Burrough hath a desire to put at large? Richard Withyell his Son within your said parish of St Breock that the better ? may be taken of the said Richard He being himself a Singleman and under Service. Wee the Minister Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Mary Magdalen doe nowe by four our ? and our Overseers Covenant & Promise to & with the said Minister Church Wardens Overseers and other the Inhabitants of the said parish of St Breock that if at any time hence forth the said Richard Withyell shall become chargeable unto your said parish Wee will Receive back againe into our said parish of St Mary Magdalen the said Richard Withyell as an Inhabitant thereof and provide for him According to the Direction of the Laws and Statutes in this Case provided Wittness our Hands this Eleventh day of May in the Nineth year of the Reigne of our Sovaraigne Lady Anne Queen of Great Britain Anno Dmi. 1710
