1713 Quarter Sessions Order, St Breock to Egloshayle

Upon the Appeale of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of Saint Breocke in this County agt. an Order made by and under
the hands and seals of John Molesworth Knight and Bart. And Edmund
Prideaux Esqr Two of her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace of and for the
said County and both of the Quor. bearing date the Twenty Sixth day of
January ano. Dm. 1713 for the Removal of Elizabeth Nocker? Widow from
the Parish of Egloshaile in the said County being likely to become
chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Breocke. It is ordered by this
Court upon hearing of Counsill on both sides that the said order be and
is hereby quasht made null & void
