Settlement Paper for Hennery James & Family, dated 15 June 1712?
 

Know all men by these presents that whereas Hennery James of the parish of St Minver in the County of Cornwall Taylor is desirus with his wife & children to Inhabit & dwell in the parish of St Breock for his & there better livelyhood and Maintainance Wee the Inhabitants of the parish of St Minver aforesaid doe hereunto subscribe our hands and sayls that if the Above said Hennery James or Anie of his family doe become burdensome or chargable to the Inhabitants of your said parish of St Breock aforesaid that then wee the Inhabitants of St Minver will take him and his family unto our parish Againe and take care for them as formerly
As witness our hands and seals this 15th day of June ??12 (probably 1712)
