Know all men by these presents that we JOHN LOBB of the
Parish of St.
Breock in the County of Cornwall Yeoman, and WILLIAM
POPE of the parish of St.
Truen in the aforesaid County Yeoman are held and firmly
bound unto RICHARD MORISH and THOMAS LOBB Churchwardens
and HENRY BLAKE and RICHARD GEACH Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St.
Breock in the said County In Trust for the Parishioners
of the said Parish in the sum of one Hundred pounds of
Good and Lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to the
said Officers or their Certain Attorney their Executors
Administrators or Assigns to which Payment well and
truly to be made we bind ourselves and each of us jointy
and severally and our and each and every of our Heirs
Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents
Sealed with our Seals and Dated the 27th of March in the
fourtheenth year of the Reign of our Soverign Lord
George the third of Great Britain France and Ireland
King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year
of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and seventy four
