Will of Hugh Skinner, dated 19 September 1677

In ye Name of God Amen I Hugh Skinner of ye pish of
Breage being ill in body but of perfect mind and memory do
ordain this my last will and testament revoking all former
in manner and forme following
Inprimus I give and bequeath my soul into ye hands of my most
mercifull Saviour and Redeemer and my body to decent and
Christian Burial in sure and Certain hope of ye Resurrection
to eternall life
It I give unto my daughter Honoe ye wife of Thomas Carn the
sume of sixe pence
It I give unto Thomas Carne my grandson one sheep of twelve
months old
It I give unto my other three daughters, viz my daughter
Faith, my daughter Margaret, and my daughter Katharine
twelve pence a peece
I give unto my daughter Katharine ye Bed, Bedstead and
ye Cloath it appertaine to ye family after ye death of
her mother, to her sole and only use
It After ye death of Katherine my wife my will is that
all my goods and Chattels (not given) be equally divided
betwixt my three daughter viz Faith, Margret and
Katherine
It I give unto Katherine my wife during her naturall
Life all other my goods and Chattels whome I do also
nominate ye Sole Executrix of this my last Will
and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seale this nineteenth day of September
