Will of Ann Pearce, dated 18 October 1737

In the Name of God Amen I Ann Pearce of the parish of Breage in the County of Cornwall Widdow being of Perfect Mind & Memory Doe make & Ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner following
 
I recommend my Sowl to Almighty God & my Body to Christian Burial.
 
I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandsons Thomas and Henry Polglase the Field I hold by Lease of Lord Godolphin.
 
I Give & Bequeath all the Rest of my Goods and Chattells unto my Daughter Mary Polglase and my fowr Grand Children – Thomas Henry John & Mary Polglase Equally to be Devid- between them & doe hereby make them Joynt Executors In Witness Whereof I do hereunto Sett my hand & Seal this Eighteenth day of October 1737

The above written Will was proved in Common Form before the Board Mr William Waddon Clerke Mr. of Arts Official etc. the 3rd Day of September 1746. And Admion of the Goods etc. of the said Decd and of all things howsoever Concerning her said Will was Granted to Thomas Polglase One of the Executors named therein Resolving? A power of Granting the Like Admion to Mary Polglase Widdow, Henry Polglase, John Polglase and Mary (now Wife of Richard Tyack) the other Executors named in the said will when they shall think fitt etc. Oath being first made etc. having Etc.
 
The above written will is a True Coppy of the last Will and testament of the above ___? Ann Pearce Deced. Exammined and Compared with the Original this 13th Day of September 1746. By us
