Will of Ambrous Pearce, dated 29 September 1737

In the Name of God Amen I Ambrous Pearce of the parish of Breage in the County of Cornwall being of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following.
I recomend my Soul to Allmighty God that gave it and my Body to Christian Burial. I Give to each of my brother George Pearce children One Shilling to be paid at the Months End after my Deceas.
All the rest of my Goods & Chattles real and personale I Do hereby Give and Bequeath unto my Beloved Wife Anne Pearce whom I do hereby make my Whole and Sole Executrix. In Witness whereof I doo hereunto Sett my hand and Seal the 29th of September 1737.

The above written Will was Proved in Comon form the 3rd Day of September 1746 before the Rev.d Mr William Waddon Clks Mr of Arts Official etc Admon of the Goods etc. of the said Deased and of all things howsoever Concerning his said Will was Granted to Thomas Polglase one of the Executors named in the Will of Ann Pearce Deceased who was the Widdow and Executrix Named in the Will of the said Ambrous the serving? A power of Granting the like Admon. To Mary Polglase Widow, Henry Polglase, John Polglase and Mary Polglase (now wife of Richard Tyaack) the other Executors name in the said Will of the Said Ann whom they shall think fitter being first Sworn etc. having? etc.

The above written will is a True Coppy of the last Will and testament of the above named Ambrous Pearce Decd., Examined and Compared with the Original this 13th Day of September 1746. By us –
