THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Gilbert Sincock of Bodmin in
the County of Cornwall Retired Tailor I give and bequeath the following
legacies namely to Maria Woods the wife of Richard Woods (and with whom
I now reside) £10 To my niece Lizzie Kendall £20 To my nephew James
Kendall £20 To my nephew William Sincock of Helland £40 and the money
due to me from John Rowe (Mason) and John Rowe (Labourer) To my niece
Fanny Marks £10 and to my nephew Henry Sincock £10 ALL the rest residue
and remainder of my real and personal property I give equally unto and
amongst the children of my friend Robert Phillipps Edyvean and I appoint
the said Robert Phillippps Edyvean Executor of this my will In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and made my mark this 8th day of
April 1892

Signed by the said Gilbert Sincock as his last will in our presence and
by us in his presence the same having been first read over and explained
to him and her perfectly understood the same

THE DISTRICT REGISTRY AT BODMIN
IN HER MAJESTIES HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE
BE IT KNOWN, that at the date hereunder written, the last will and
testament (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of Gilbert Sincock late
of Bodmin in the County of Cornwall Retired Tailor deceased, who died on
the 10th day of April 1892 at Bodmin aforesaid, within the District of
the County of Cornwall was proved and registered in the District Probate
Registry of Her Majesties High Court of Justice. At Bodmin and the
administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted
by the aforesaid Court to Robert Phillipps Edyvean the sole Executor
named in the will he having been first sworn well and faithfully to
administer the same And it is hereby certified that an affidavit in
verification of the Account of the said estate has been delivered duly
stamped wherein it shown that the gross value of the estate amounts to
£427 7 8 and no more
