THIS IS THE WILL of me SELINA HAMLEY of Bodmin Widow I give and bequeath
unto the 3 daughters of my sister Jane Manley the sum of £200 each To
Jodeph Hamley son of Edmund Gilbert Hamley the sum of £50 the picture of
his grandfather and my plated forks and spoons To Joseph Osbertus Hamley
son of my late husband I give the plate and silver articles which were
his late fathers To Flora and Louisa Hamley and to Francis Hamley son of
Francis Gilbert Hamley I give the sum of £5 each To Melloney and Ellen
Collins daughters of my nephew John Basset Collins I give £25 each and
to the said John Basset Collins I give my timepiece as an affectionate
remembrance of me To my kind friends Mary and Sarah Childs of Liskeard I
give £5 each ALL the residue of my property money securities for money
personal to my estate and effects whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my
dear sister Jane Manley and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my will

THIS IS A CODICIL to my WILL I give my nephew William Courtney Wriford
the sum of £50 of lawful money and I direct the same and also the
legacies given by my will to be paid at the end of 6 months after my
decease and I hereby confirm my within Will in all other respects Dated
12th February 1864

THE DISTRICT REGISTRY AT BODMIN
IN HER MAJESTIES COURT OF PROBATE
BE IT KNOW, that on the 4th day of April 1864, the Last will and
testament with one codicil, hereunto annexed (N.B. annexed documents
not found), of Selina Hamley late of Bodmin Widow deceased, who died
on the 18th March 1864 who at the time of her death had a fixed place of
abode at Bodmin aforesaid within the District of the County of Cornwall,
was proved, and registered in the District Registry attached to Her
Majesties Court of Probate at Bodmin, and that administration of all and
singular the personal estate and effects of the said deceased, was
granted by the aforesaid Court to Jane Manley widow her sister and sole
Executrix named in the said will, she having been first sworn well and
faithfully to administer the same by paying the just debts of the
deceased and legacies contained in her Will and Codicil and to exhibit a
true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said estate and
effects, and to render a just and true account thereof whenever required
by the law so to do Given at Bodmin under the seal of my office
