This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Cole Grose the younger of the Borough of Bodmin. I give devise and bequeath unto and to the use of my Father John Cole Grose of Bodmin aforesaid Gentleman his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns respectively All and singular my real and personal Estate Goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and whether in possession or reversion for his and their own absolute use and benefit Subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary Expenses And I hereby appoint my said father sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said John Cole Grose the younger have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of June One thousand eight hundred and fifty one John Cole Grose Clerk Signed sealed published and declared by the said
John Cole Grose the younger the Testator as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us persons at the same who at the same time
in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses

these presents known to all Men, that on the Seventeenth Day of August
in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty two at
