THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me WILLIAM JOHN ELLERY of the Borough of Bodmin in the County of Cornwall feltmonger I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth for her life only subject to mortgage debts ALL the rents and annual income of ALL my freehold property situate at Crockwell Street in the said Borough and now in the respective occupations of myself Sergeant Major Chivers Elizabeth Werry and John Bray Also the rents and annual income for her life only of ALL my undivided moiety of and in the freehold houses gardens and premises situate in Rhind Street in the said Borough in the respective occupations of Mrs Richard Harris Mrs Thomas Harris and Mr Jago carpenter Also the rents and annual income for her life only of ALL other my real estate (if any) I give my said wife 3 years after my death the legacy of £20 to be paid out of my real and personal estate I give my said wife for her life only the annual income of my residuary funeral estate After the death of my said wife I give devise and bequeath ALL my said freehold property and all my residuary Real and personal estate unto my daughter Mary Ann her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely I appoint my said wife Elizabeth and my said daughter Mary Ann EXECUTORS hereof Dated 25th day of November 1870 SIGNED by the said William Tom Ellery as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his and each others presence subscribe our names as Witness thereto
