THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARY
ELIZABETH EDYVEAN of Berrifield House in the Borough of Bodmin in the
County of Cornwall widow made under a power given and granted to me in
and by the last will and testament of my late husband Robert Bradlick
Edyvean late of Bodmin aforesaid Gentleman deceased bearing date the
11tha day of November 1843 now in pursuance of the said power I thereby
give devise and bequeath unto my dear daughters Mary Edyvean and
Catherine otherwise Kate Edyvean ALL my messuage lands hereditaments and
premises of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever situate lying and
being and given and devised and now held by me under the said will of my
late husband And also all my household goods and furniture wearing
apparel monies and securities for money and all other my real and
personal estate and effects TO HOLD the same unto my said Daughters Mary
Edyvean and Catherine otherwise Kate Edyvean their heirs executors
administrators and assigns in equal portions share and share alike to
take as tenants in common and not as joint tenant AND I do hereby
nominate constitute and appoint my said two daughters Mary Edyvean and
Catherine otherwise Kate Edyvean residuary Devisees and Legatees of all
other my lands tenements and hereditaments and EXECUTRIXES of this my
will HEREBY revoking all former wills by me heretofore made I declare
this to be my last will and testament IN WITNESS whereof I have to this
my will set my hand and seal this 26th day of December in the year of
