Will of Mary Buzza dated 23 October 1875
 

I Mary Ann Buzza of Bodmin in the County of Cornwall widow make my will as follows. I give to my son James Buzza of the Royal Navy all my household furniture and effects and any other my personal estate for his own use and benefit ; and I do this in consideration of his having maintained me during many years. And I appoint him Executor of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this twenty third day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy five.

Buzza the testatrix, as and for her
the said will and testament 
with her mark; the same having mark
been previously read over to her and
fully explained to and understood
by her; and the said will having
been acknowledged by her as her
last will and testament and her
mark having been set thereto in
the presence of us, both present
at the same time, who in her
presence and in the presence of
each other have hereto subscribed
our names as witnesses.
